Letoon. Turkey. Carvings on the walls of the partly restored Greek styled Temple of Leto dating from the 3rd century BC. Built in Ionic order, it was a peripteros of 6 by 11 elegant Ionic columns. The Cella walls are decorated with Corinthian half-columns.
