Rhodes. Greece. Passage leading to of one of the Nymphaia, a cave like structure which was used for worship and recreation purposes, located on Monte Smith, a hill west of Rhodes Town. The hill or upper acropolis which is named after British Admiral Sir Sydney Smith was the religious and ceremonial focus of the ancient 5th century BC city of Rhodes.
