I’m an independent freelance Photographer, Writer and Photojournalist based in Melbourne Australia.
I usually write and photograph about all things that interest me. Interests do include, Travel, the Ancient Greeks, Philosophy, Art and Architecture, Social Justice, Gardening, the Environment, Nature and Planet Earth.
My objective and responsibility through my work is to stimulate, educate and appreciate; the camera in my hands is a powerful illuminating conduit, producing a cultural and physical visual link between past and present.
“A man needs a little madness or else he never dares cut the rope and be free.”
Nikos Kazantzakis – Zorba the Greek.
An eternal traveller, my quests and adventures have extended from my home in Melbourne Australia to North Africa and the Middle East, throughout the Mediterranean, and Europe, and the North and South American continents.
With each journey, I discover more about me and world around me. However, in saying that, I always end up with more questions than answers and thus on many occasions I turn to historical wiser souls for clarity and enlightenment.
I hope you find something that enlightens you on this site.
